The Anoshir occupy a more restrained position. They are not opposed to technology, but they distrust dependence upon it. Their warriors may use high-quality firearms, medical equipment, communication devices, or transformation-related tools, yet traditional training, horsemanship, discipline, and personal skill remain highly valued. Anoshir culture tends to judge a technology by whether it supports responsibility or replaces it. A useful tool is accepted. A device that allows someone to avoid developing judgment, restraint, or skill is treated far more cautiously.
